Each tour is custom designed. Prices

start at $200 and depending on

location (New England) of property,

can go as high as $500. These tours 

take several hours or perhaps even

several days to photograph, edit,

color and perspective correct, and

load to the web. If you would like

Our Business

Each tour is carefully photographed over a period of several hours, or at times, days. I often return to the site when lighting conditions are best. As necessary, I set up professional lighting equipment and rearrange items in the room to create the best possible photographic immage.   Fireplaces, when appropriate, are utilized to create a warm feeling to any room.  After a tour is photographed, I offer the following:

• Edit photos
• Color correct photos for optimum effect
• Perspective correct photos to eliminate wide angle distortion
• Create a “story board”, sequencing the various photos
• Design the way each picture is represented
• Important graphics to help tell the story
• Load agent’s  MLS listing sheet, contact information, company logo or agent photo
• Publish tour to several websites including Realtor.com (may be an extra fee)
